Service Description
Professional yoga instruction brought directly to your home, office, hotel, spa, workplace, residential community, retreat, organization, or private event. Sessions are available for individuals and small or large groups and are customized around the participants’ goals, experience, abilities, and circumstances. Instruction may include adaptive, recovery-focused, trauma-informed, injury-conscious, therapeutic, or traditional yoga practices. I arrive prepared to lead and create a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for everyone. Pricing varies according to group size, travel distance, and the needs of the event. Travel beyond 30 miles may be available. Please contact me for distance-based pricing and event arrangements.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Late arrivals do not extend the appointment. Emergencies may be considered case by case.
