Elizabeth is a kind, wise and gentle healer of many modalities. She’s truly an excellent yoga teacher with many disciplines and abilities. Her approach to teaching is very grounded and rooted in yogic tradition while making it accessible for everyone in her space. Beyond that, she is a super talented sound healer with a variety of instruments hand picked from all over the world. Her sound bath restorative yoga classes have truly been a profound experience.
